I AM WALKING!!!!

Now watch out! I have new shoes that flash when I walk, that's so mummy and daddy can find me in the dark.

Grandad said I walk like ET and nanny said I look like a fella called Frank Stein.

When we left grandad's house, a big man dressed as a fire engine gave grandad some letters and an envelope with a bag in it about posting clothes to Eastern Europe. Now I can't see the point in posting them when we were going past it on our way to town.

He said it might be boring going back to the same place but we would look at different things. Grandad drove in and parked his big buggy in the grown up buggy park near a country called Iceland. After that, it was my turn to drive in my buggy and I towed grandad again - he wasn't as heavy as I thought!

We walked through the old station bit and went past Burger King. Now here sat a man who, well lets be honest here, didn't need to be. He was average height but it must be said, he was a bit ambitious around the middle. If I was the manager of BK, I would prefer this man NOT to be the best advert for my shop. We carried on outside and walked where the lady with not many clothes was last week. Grandad mumbled to himself something about not as lucky as last week but with me and Millie by his side, how could he not be lucky??

This week, I had my eyes on bikes. Not buses today, push bikes - loads of them and we stopped at every one where I jumped and giggled with great joy. By a shop, I saw a man asking everybody for some change. I told him " Go and do some work for a change", well I would have if I could say it properly. We walked back over to the park with the big cat in so Millie could do a pooh but all she done was wee'd, then again and again and again and again. Why doesn't she do one long widdle and be done with it. We then met a lady who didn't seem to have a telly at home. She had one little person who was running everywhere but in the right direction and two more that looked the same in a buggy built for two. If I had one of those, I could drive grandad properly. How cool would that be??

When we passed the Post Office in town, there were lots of old people standing there. Grandad said they were going in to draw something but I think he was fibbing because none of them had those big chunky crayons that I have or any paper. Maybe they were going to draw on the walls like I probably will when I'm older.

On the way back to grandad's buggy, we went past the Job Shop again where all those people were supposed to be looking for something last week. I'm glad to say that the economic situation in Readingski is most definitely on the rise because there were only four people still looking around for whatever it was they'd lost - all the others seemed to have found it. Either that or the shop was closed, I couldn't really see.

Grandad drove back and we popped in to see nanny as she was on one of her dinner breaks. I went into a real school but as grandad stayed in the car with Millie, I can't tell you what it was like apart from some man who scared me a bit. When we got home, grandad warmed up a Lasagne thing that nanny had left for him. Now after seeing the BK advert man, I decided my grandad wasn't going to look the same as him, so I ate half of his dinner!!! Not for the first time this week, my grandad missed his dinner but to be honest, he looks like it wouldn't hurt him too much but don't tell him I said so.

Later on grandad said that whilst I can eat for England, I can pooh for them too. Well, what goes in must come out. We played with my toys and when I threw them about, grandad said I looked like a man called Wenger from North London who talks with yet another funny accent.

Another little sleep in the afternoon, didn't want to play the stay-a-wake game then had some chicken for dinner. Playing with nanny now whilst grandad has a bath as he tries to clean off my dinner from his head.

Waiting for mummy, so see you next week.
